We are seeking a driven and licensed Remote Farmers Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and working independently while remaining connected to a collaborative remote team. Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license and be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. In this role, you’ll prospect for new business, work with warm leads, educate customers on coverage options, prepare quotes, and help clients protect their families and assets, all while enjoying the flexibility, autonomy, and support of a fully remote opportunity.
- Competitive base salary based on experience, with expected first-year income of $85,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities
- Prospect and network to generate new business opportunities
- Quote and present insurance solutions to prospective clients
- Build strong customer relationships through consultative sales
- Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
- Utilize CRM systems, phone systems, and agency tools effectively
- Support team initiatives and contribute to overall agency growth
Requirements
- 3 plus years of previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Must have and active Property & Casualty License, Life & Health license is a bonus
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Comfortable prospecting and building relationships
- Coachable and eager to learn
