We are seeking a driven and motivated Farmers Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing Farmers Insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning new skills, and working in a team-oriented environment. Whether you already hold your insurance licenses or are looking to launch your career in insurance sales, we provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed. In this role, you’ll prospect for new business, work with warm leads, educate customers on coverage options, prepare quotes, and help clients protect their families and assets all while enjoying scenic views of the Bay directly from the office.

  • Competitive base salary based on experience, with expected first-year income of $85,000 - $95,000
  • Fully in-office to start with hybrid-remote opportunity after 4 week training period

Responsibilities


  • Prospect and network to generate new business opportunities
  • Quote and present insurance solutions to prospective clients
  • Build strong customer relationships through consultative sales
  • Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
  • Utilize CRM systems, phone systems, and agency tools effectively
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to overall agency growth

Requirements


  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses a bonus but not required!
  • Unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain licensing within four weeks
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable prospecting and building relationships
  • Coachable and eager to learn
