Follows specific cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, seasonally) as outlined by the Director of Housekeeping
❑ Performs heavy duty hard surface floor care which includes, but is not limited to, dry and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, applying floor finish, and buffing
❑ Provides carpet shampooing as well as applicable upholstered furniture cleaning
❑ Cleans and sanitizes dining room tables and chairs
❑ Performs wall washing
❑ Cleans and sanitizes wheelchairs, Geri chairs, and walker equipment as per schedule
❑ Performs housekeeping and floor care projects as assigned and not necessarily limited to this facility’s complex
❑ Assures that all entranceways are clean, neat and orderly, and maintained
❑ Uses correct signage and safety precautions while working in patient areas and highly trafficked walkways
