Heath Village has an immediate opening for a full time Dining Services Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed by all staff through training and in-service education
- Daily scheduling of staff
- Maintaining all records as needed by County, State and Federal regulatory agencies
- Rounding during meals service to ensure quality of service and diet compliance is met
- Menu generation, diet changes and menu distribution as needed by department
- Various other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required
- Supervisory Experience Preferred
- ServeSafe Certification
- Experience with with POS Systems preferred
The hours for the position are 11:30am - 8pm and every other weekend is required
