Heath Hughes Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Cabinet Builder / CNC Operator to join our custom cabinet manufacturing team. We specialize in custom face frame cabinets and value precision craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble custom face frame cabinets
- Cut cabinet components using table saws and CNC machines
- Operate CNC equipment to produce cabinet parts
- Use Mosaic and CNC software to run and manage cutting programs
- Apply edge banding to cabinet components and ensure a clean, finished appearance
- Read and interpret cabinet drawings, layouts, and cut lists
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in cabinet building or woodworking preferred
- Experience with edge banding required
- Familiarity with shop tools, including table saws
- Experience operating CNC machines
- Knowledge of Mosaic and CNC software required
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
