What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Secretary position at Heath City School District?
Position: Secretary
Requirements:
1. Secretarial office experience preferred; including but not limited to ProgressBook Suite
Student Information System, Google docs, Excel
2. Some experience with EMIS related data entry
3. High school diploma or GED equivalency; post-secondary degree preferred
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills both orally & written
5. Ability to follow directions and a strong desire to succeed
6. Must be friendly, dependable and exhibit a strong work ethic
7. Ability to work well with students, staff and parents of diverse populations
8. Ability to maintain and respect confidential information and situation
9. Ability to assist supervisor in creating a safe, positive, respectful climate
