Customer Service Representative - Entry Level
Job Summary
Heat-Timer Corporation seeks highly motivated individual for a full time Customer Service Representative position. The customer service representative will work cooperatively with the sales department and other members of the distribution team. This is not a cold calling or call center position. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required. The ideal candidate must possess excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills. This is a full time position with medical, dental and 401k benefits.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Responsible for customer relationship management
- Perform all day to day administrative tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
Compensation/Hours
- $37,500 Base Salary/Year (With Bonus Potential)
- Mon – Fri (No Weekends)
- Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (1 Hour Lunch)
