Now Hiring an experienced Outside Senior Sales Pro for a lucrative construction sales job in Colorado. Construction experience is needed, but I will consider top candidates with relevant experience in similar industries. This is a massive opportunity for the right candidate who is money motivated, energetic, and disciplined in the art of selling. This is an industry leading, opportunity for salary, plus no-limit commission compensation. Our commission structure is set up to motivate you to perform at your highest level. You’ll have a protected territory and you will build an account list to profit from the relationships you build. Math skills, technical, and engineering aptitude is needed to be an expert in this field, but strong selling skills will create the top performer who can earn well into six figure territory. Full benefits are offered in our growing company including 401K and health insurance. Must have solid computer skills and a good driving record. The sales platform is structured and focused, through a system I call project pursuit. I’m not looking for a sales rep to shake hands and pass out business cards. This game is played at a much higher level to be a top earner. There will be training and instruction in how to penetrate the market to be successful as well as ongoing assessment that will help you maximize your potential. The technical side of things can be learned relatively quickly. It will be part of your job to communicate these technical aspects in a way the customer can understand.
The sales environment is very independent once you get the hang of things. We wear blue jeans and boots, because we are expected to be close to the projects we support. While there is light CRM work, there is no endless data entry and call logging, which impedes high earners. We want you spending your time in front of customers and not staring at the computer. If you are successful in outside sales, but you are not in a supportive environment, this might be what you’ve been looking for. We are very efficient in what we do. You will be selling to real people that need our services and who value our expertise in commercial construction heating.
