Heat Rental Limited is a leader in Colorado construction heating. We lease HVAC equipment to commercial construction sites of all sizes and locations across the state. We are known for being the experts that people trust in this field. HRL has a track record of performing at high levels where other companies have failed. This could be the best sales opportunity in the rental industry. You will be selling to real people that need our services, and who value our expertise in commercial construction heating.
- Hiring immediately: An experienced Outside Sales Pro for a lucrative construction sales position in Colorado. HRL is based in Commerce City, CO. We will consider top candidates with relevant experience in similar industries, but sales experience is a must have.
- Required: Outside commissioned sales experience, competitive nature, money motivated, technical aptitude, and a good driving record.
- Preferred: Construction industry experience or construction management education, HVAC knowledge, familiarity with construction plans.
- Pay: Base, plus heavy commission. If you are money motivated, then you heavy commissions puts you in control of your own destiny.
- Company vehicle provided.
- The sales environment: You will work primarily in the Front Range with some travel in the Mountains. This is a blue jeans and boots sales environment where a high income level is achievable and encouraged. Your primary function will be to meet with construction sites to identify specific needs, and to design a plan for the project. We provide the tools and training necessary to become an expert. Heat Rental uses proprietary estimation software and project tracking. You will be in control of every aspect of the sales process. You will set appointments, analyze projects, create estimates, and close deals. Secondary functions will be jobsite communication, coordinating with other trades, and eventually overseeing the project. You will be the primary contact for the customer. At Heat Rental we unchain salespeople from the worthless meetings, endless reporting, and corporate red tape that impedes high performers. We document what we do and who we talk to in order to perform better for the customer. We don't use CRM as a ball and chain to educate a middle manager in another city. Performance through delivering sales with top quality service is the only measure of success at HRL. Our sales office is in Commerce City, but you will be traveling the front range frequently.
