- Keeping records of repairs and replacements made and causes of malfunctions
- 1 year experience with Residential and Commercial properties.

As an HVAC Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will apply core skills in HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems to install, troubleshoot, and service equipment across residential, commercial, and kitchen environments. Your role combines hands-on technical proficiency with strong customer service and documentation, supporting steady operations, safety, and reliability for our clients.
