HVAC Lead Residential Installer

As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking an experienced technician to be a Lead Residential Installer. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years in HVAC, have excellent interpersonal skills, and detail-oriented. Experience with Carrier equipment is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential properties.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the team to design HVAC systems that meet client specifications.
• Provide instruction to junior technicians
• Communicate directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy and the best final product
• This position comes with a Company vehicle, gas card, and full company benefits.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years HVAC installation experience, service experience is a plus
• High degree of organizational skills
• Excellent speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $34/hour (increases with more experience)
