Heat Holistic Lifestyle Program is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate LSCW/LSW/LAPC/LPC/LDC/LCDAC to join our team. This position offers a hybrid/remote work environment in the Social Service industry.

Candidates must hold an active New Jersey license to be considered

Job Expectations:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Connect clients with community resources and social services
• Provide medical social work services
• Offer clinical counseling and family therapy
• Utilize trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and couples therapy techniques
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions

Salary Range: $62,400.00 - $72,800.00
