Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter quotes and sales orders in SAP/Salesforce
- Ensure the order ships within the quoted time frame
- Purchase parts from the factory to fill orders
Qualifications
- Two years of inside sales or customer service experience in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in data entry, word documents, and excel
- SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus
- Remote position with some hybrid requirements. Training for the first two weeks is onsite in Hayward, CA
