Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Planning Specialist. Three days in one of our offices - Fort Wayne, Warsaw, Marion, Peru or Indianapolis and 2 days remote. The Financial Planning Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, conducting financial analysis, managing client portfolios, and preparing financial reports. The specialist will interact closely with advisors to understand financial objectives and provide ongoing support for the financial goals of clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance
- Proficient Analytical Skills for detailed financial analysis
- Knowledge and experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in financial planning or related fields is a plus
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or similar certification preferred
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
