Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Make a Difference with

Are you passionate about helping children thrive? At Heartwise Support, we are
dedicated to empowering children with developmental disabilities through
compassionate, evidence-based care. We are looking for a Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) to join our team and work alongside our Board Certified Behavior
Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans that promote
independence, growth, and success.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to track progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Support goals by teaching new skills in various settings, including home, school, clinic or community environments
- Maintain accurate documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to modify interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
- Foster a safe, supportive and loving environment that encourages client engagement and positive behavior management
Qualifications
- Certified RBT with prior experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods
- Strong understanding of ABA terminology and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent teaching skills combined with patience and empathy for working with diverse populations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
