Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and support staff in a group home setting
- Excellent Communication capabilities to liaise with staff, residents, and families
- Experience with Training team members to deliver high-quality care and meet professional standards
- A focus on Customer Satisfaction to ensure excellent service and care for all residents
- Basic Cooking skills to assist with meal preparation and planning
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to work with diverse individuals in a caregiving environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in caregiving or management preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain these within the initial probationary period
