Responsibilities

• Social Services Director: Lead a team of social workers and support staff to provide comprehensive social services to patients, including counseling, case management, and discharge planning.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Conduct needs assessments and develop strategic plans to meet the social service needs of our patient population.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and reports.

• About-the-Role: This is a FULL_TIME position that requires a strong understanding of social work principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 0 years of experience in social work and leadership roles.

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.

• Strong understanding of social work principles, practices, and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
