Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive activities program that promotes socialization, entertainment, and mental and physical stimulation for residents
Conduct resident interviews to identify interests, preferences, and needs, and use this information to tailor activities to individual residents
Design and lead activities such as arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, and social events
Collaborate with other departments, such as dietary and therapy, to incorporate activities into the resident's daily routine
Recruit and supervise volunteers and assist with training and orientation
Monitor and report on resident participation and feedback
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in activities programming
