Job Description
The Role
The Analyst, Ad Operations, will work directly within our ad server, Google Campaign Manager, in trafficking digital media for our clients. This person will be responsible for overseeing campaign execution processes including the traffic and flight of digital media campaigns, proper QA of assets (tags, creative, URLs, and taxonomy), as well as any ongoing updates throughout the life of the campaign (creative updates, URL changes, etc.). They will serve as a conduit for knowledge sharing across teams as to how to best deploy digital marketing technologies to satisfy clients’ unique measurement needs.

As a member of the Ad Ops team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients media campaigns run efficiently and collect all specified data points to track the success of each campaign. You will gain valuable hands-on keyboard experience working in several different spaces within the digital media environment.
Desired Qualifications
Hands on keyboard experience with Ad-Servers (Google Campaign Manager) and Mediaocean (Prisma)
Interest in the principles of advertising, marketing and media
Analytical thinking with a competency in mathematical concepts
Works well in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to learn media tools and software
Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate and interact professionally
Core Responsibilities
Provide ongoing trafficking support for campaigns (taxonomy creation, traffic sheet, clickthrough updates, creative assignments and swaps, new tag production, QA, apply backend event tags, etc.)
Ensure correct and on-time execution of digital trafficking, tagging, and QA workflow across multiple campaigns
Troubleshoot issues with ad tagging and data with oversight from Senior Analyst and Supervisor
Maintain clear day-to-day communication with internal leads on status and timeline items
Oversee ad trafficking and data input procedures to support the standardization of digital data sets powering automated processes such as business intelligence, spend aggregation and performance reporting
Develop working knowledge in digital marketing technologies relevant to client account, including Ad-Servers (Google Campaign Manager), Mediaocean (Prisma), rich media vendors, web analytics tools, and brand safety and verification partners
Contribute to other technology and operations projects as assigned by Supervisor or Associate Director California: $34,000.00-$60,000.00
