What You'll Do
You'll provide one-on-one support based on each person's individual needs and goals. This may include:
Supporting daily routines and independence
Helping develop life skills and confidence
Participating in hobbies and community activities
Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
Helping individuals work toward personal goals
Completing simple shift documentation
Who We're Looking For

Basic Requirements
18 years or older
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to complete required background study and training
Reliable transportation
Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation
