What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative position at Hearts & Hands of Kittitas County?
Are you interested in serving your community and getting paid for it? Hearts & Hands of Kittitas County's Cle Elum office is seeking a part-time Client Services Representative to work 3 days per week. Hours will be 9 AM-4 PM, days are negotiable, however, we prefer to have one Saturday a month scheduled.
Hearts & Hands of Kittitas County provides resources to seniors, chronically ill, terminally ill, disabilities, and those with short term illness or injury. Our services are provided at no cost to anyone residing in Kittitas County regardless of age, illness, or income.
What will the job encompass?
- Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience.
- Managing client inquiries via phone, email, online, or in person.
- Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments promptly.
- Providing clients with technical assistance on products and services.
- Expediting complex client issues to management toward prompt resolution.
- Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
- Maintaining client records and documenting processes.
- Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps.
- Must be reliable and a self-starter, position works without supervision frequently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to utilize computer, phone, and printer.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Clerical Skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and a heart that wants to serve others.
