About The Role
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Lead Teachers to join our team.

Must meet qualifications as per NYC DOHMH Article 47 (either option):
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
Option 1 – Baccalaureate Degree with State Certification: A baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field of study approved by the Department, and a valid certification issued by the New York State Education Department.
Option 2 – Baccalaureate Degree with Experience: A baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field of study approved by the Department, and a minimum of two (2) years of supervised and documented relevant experience in a pre-school program, provided the applicant is currently employed in a permitted child care program.

- Monitor child progress and communicate regularly with parents.

- Clearance through Section 47.19 (OCFS fingerprinting via IdentoGO)
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Mandated Reporter training
- SIDS/Safe Sleep training
- Enrollment in the NYC Aspire Registry
- Minimum 15 hours of professional development every 24 months
