Clinic Manager – Pediatric Therapy Clinic in Woodstock, GA
Hearts and Hands Therapy Services is a pediatric therapy organization serving children from birth through age 21. We provide ABA, Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our Woodstock location. This role is responsible for the clinic’s operations, financial performance, culture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong, values-aligned leader who balances accountability with empathy and consistency, and excels at organization, prioritization, and time management.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Take responsibility and accountability for clinic operations, productivity, billing, and profitability
- Maintain high standards, morale, and accountability
- Apply policies fairly to staff and families
- Anticipate operational challenges and drive sustainable growth
- Manage competing priorities with strong organizational systems
- Communicate transparently with senior leadership
- Be onsite Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
