Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Waxhaw, North Carolina. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and families in their homes. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
Implement and modify treatment plans, as needed, in collaboration with the clinical team
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Experience: Experience preferred
Certification: 40-hour RBT course must be completed
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
