Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of carpentry and general labor tasks on job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your craftsmanship across multiple trades, including framing, trim work, roofing, and restoration projects. Duties
- Assist with framing, including metal stud framing and wood framing, ensuring structural integrity
- Perform trim carpentry tasks such as door hanging, fixture installation, and cabinetry setup with precision and attention to detail
- Experience with concrete forming, caulking, plastering, siding installation, and flooring setup
- Handle heavy lifting and physical labor during roofing, siding, drywall finishing, and mold remediation jobs
- ensure proper installation of fixtures and systems
- Assist in remodeling projects by installing doors, flooring, tiles, cabinetry, or electrical components under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly storing tools and materials
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or related fields such as manufacturing or restoration industry preferred
- Familiarity with construction
- Hands-on experience with woodworking, drywall finishing, plastering, or metal stud framing is highly desirable
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable)
- Experience in roofing, siding installation, tile laying or flooring installation is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for demanding tasks
- Previous site experience in construction or restoration projects will help ensure smooth integration into our team
