Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high cleanliness standards
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures efficiently across all areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations
• Clean floors using appropriate methods such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine appearance
• Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items for clients
• Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively, maintaining proper handling techniques to prevent damage or injury
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies with proper ergonomic practices
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service during each visit

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with strong janitorial skills
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and outdoor work experience for exterior property maintenance
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, dusting, and implementing sanitation procedures effectively
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety standards
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work environments as needed

Pay: $22.34 - $26.90 per hour
