Position: Cafeteria Worker
Location: Heartland Technical Education Center
1783 State Route 60, Ashland, Ohio 44805
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to work with students, staff and the public.
- Must have minimal knowledge of sanitation, serving, kitchen equipment operation and/or cashiering procedures.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Duties:
- Work closely with the cafeteria supervisor and staff.
- Assist on the serving line.
- Food preparation and dishwashing.
- Clean tables and equipment after serving meals.
- Laundry.
Contract: 2026-2027 contract for 188 days including seven paid holidays, 5 hours per day. No fringe benefits.
Salary: Placement on the Board Adopted Cafeteria Worker Salary Schedule.
