Heartland Roofing, Siding, and Solar is seeking experience and motivated siding installers to join our growing siding team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their workmanship, value teamwork, and are committed to delivering exceptional resuIts for homeowners throughout Iowa.
- Install vinyl, fiber cement, engineered wood, and other siding products according to manufacturer specifications.
- Remove and dispose of existing siding materials safely and efficiently.
- Install soffit, fascia, trim, and exterior finishing components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Follow company quality standards and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous siding installation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of exterior remodeling and construction practices.
- Ability to read measurements and use hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
