Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pittsburgh, PA. We are seeking a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The right candidate will be passionate about social media, love engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Coordinate local marketing campaigns, promotions, and community events to drive brand visibility and guest traffic.
- Manage social media content creation, posting, and engagement across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and timely responses.
- Support partnerships with local organizations, charities, and sports teams to promote Dunkin’ in the community.
- Assist with in-store events, product drops, and grassroots marketing efforts.
- Help organize and attend career fairs, recruiting events, and outreach efforts to attract new talent to HRG.
- Partner with HR and Operations to develop creative recruiting campaigns and marketing materials.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and community impact.
- Collaborate with District Managers, GMs, and store teams to identify local opportunities and support underperforming stores with targeted marketing solutions.
- Help prepare for grand openings, seasonal campaigns, and sponsorship activations.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of marketing, social media, recruiting, event planning, or related experience (internships count).
- Strong social media skills — ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- High energy, reliability, and comfortable with public interaction.
- Flexible schedule — must be available for early mornings, nights, and weekends to support events and recruiting.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for guest service, community engagement, and the Dunkin’ brand.
