Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Compliance Manager based in Pittsburgh, PA. The individual in this role will oversee the development, implementation, and management of HR compliance programs to align with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Expertise in Regulatory Compliance and HR Policies
- Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law, ACA, FMLA regulations
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to effectively manage and oversee compliance matters
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments
- Ability to stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in a management or leadership role within an HR setting
