Lead Installer

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Técnico Líder / Ayudante de Instalador to join our growing team in Mayfield, KY as Lead Technicians and Installer Helpers. Construction experience is preferred but not required—we provide full paid training. In this role, you will lead and assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various construction and building systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Lead Installer Responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
• Safely operate a 16-foot box truck. No smoking or use of tobacco products inside company vehicles.
• Ability to comfortably work at heights, climb ladders, and walk steep roofs up to 3 stories high daily is an essential job function.
• Lead installation teams in executing construction projects roofing, fascia/soffit, seamless gutters, landscaping, underground downspout installation, and other building material installations as well as additional field services safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
• Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to test and verify functionality and ensure precise installation
• Assist with measuring and planning new installations to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications
• Proven experience in construction management or as a skilled helper/installer with a strong foundation in construction site activities are preferred but not mandatory for new hires
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and ladders safely and effectively on job sites
• Conduct inspections of work sites to verify compliance with safety standards and leave the jobsite free from trash and debris
• Support in remodeling, restoration, fixture installation, framing, door hanging, flooring installation, and other specialized tasks as needed
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills on active job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues promptly and maintain a smooth workflow throughout each project phase
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices
• Hands-on experience with gutters, roofing, siding and windows preferred
• Ability to function and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools; experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
• Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites including ladder use and scaffold safety
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Physical ability to perform manual labor include lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces
• Must maintain a drug- and alcohol-free workplace

Pay Tiers:

• Trainee / Installer Helper: $12.50 per hour
• Level 1 Installer: $15.00 per hour
• Level 2 Installer: $18.75 per hour
• Lead Installer: $25.00 per hour
• Project Manager: $31.25 per hour

Pay is commensurate with experience. Rapid advancement and merit-based pay increases are available as skills are acquired and you meet attendance expectations.
