Merchandiser – Making sure all product from the distribution center is presented accordingly and driving sales within the produce department at Woodman's Green Bay, WI.

Schedule: 6am shifts; roughly 20-28 hours per week. Must be available on the weekends. Schedule will be discussed upon interview.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain appropriate levels of product on sales floor

· Quality control inspections – ensure the product being displayed is consistent with company and customer expectations

· Organize product in particular patterns

· Help set up promotional displays

· Make recommendations for promotional strategies

· Maintain and track inventory

· May be required to perform additional duties as needed.

Job Qualifications:

· Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs on a consistent basis - pull, bend, stoop, twist, reach, stretch, squat and walk as needed throughout the workday

· Produce experience, preferred

· Excellent time management and attention to detail skills

· Strong communication and interpretation skills

· Committed to providing excellent customer service

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· May be required to travel to other store locations

· Must be self-sufficient / self-starter
