Merchandiser – Making sure all product from the distribution center is presented accordingly and driving sales within the produce department at Woodman's in Carpentersville, IL.
Hours: 6am to 2pm shifts; work schedule will be discussed upon interview (must be available on weekends)
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain appropriate levels of product on sales floor
· Quality control inspections – rotate product
· Organize product in particular patterns
· Help set up promotional displays
· Make recommendations for promotional strategies
· Maintain and track inventory
Job Qualifications:
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
· Produce experience, preferred
· Excellent time management and attention to detail skills
· Strong communication and interpretation skills
· Committed to providing excellent customer service
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· May be required to travel to other store locations
· Must be self-sufficient / self-starter
Benefits and Compensation
· $16/hour starting rate
· Pay may increase with experience level
· Traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) – Employer Match up to 5%
