Heartland Primary Care/Sunflower Medical Group has an opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician in our Urgent Care at our Kansas City location. The address is 2040 Hutton road just a few blocks west of the Legends Shopping Center. We are looking for team members that are dependable, positive and enjoy patient care.
Job Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
- Provide acute care in an Urgent Care setting
- Provide nursing direction and leadership in a positive and supportive fashion
- Manage a high volume of patient visits
- Provide Patient Education on a regular basis
- Ability to work independently
Job Requirements:
- Current Kansas license
- Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician with a minimum of 2 years experience dealing in an acute/urgent care setting
- EMR experience required-Allscripts
