We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Associate who embodies professionalism and compassion for our patients. This individual will serve as a welcoming face of our practice—setting the tone for a five-star experience from the first phone call to the final follow-up.
About the Role
In this pivotal position, you’ll ensure every patient feels valued, informed, and cared for throughout their patient journey. You’ll coordinate appointments, manage communications, and collaborate closely with our clinical and surgical teams to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced, luxury medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in/out patients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage scheduling, patient intake, and payment processing with precision and discretion
- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and obtain authorizations as needed
- Collect co-pays, balances, and process payments accurately
- Coordinate care between clinical, surgical, and medspa providers
- Coordinate patient consultations and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with medical billing tasks
- Uphold patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain an inviting, polished reception area that reflects our brand’s standards of excellence
- Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth patient flow

- Previous experience in a medical, medspa, or cosmetic surgery setting preferred
- Previous experience with insurance billing and verification preferred
