Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and developing strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, creating and delivering presentations, closing sales, and providing quality customer service. The role also involves training clients on payroll solutions and managing sales processes to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training and providing product demonstrations
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the payroll or HR industry is a plus
