Job Description:
The Manager, IT Infrastructure will be responsible for the stability, security, and scalability of the company’s IT environment, including networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user support. This role ensures business continuity through effective infrastructure planning, monitoring, and incident response, while leading a team of IT professionals and contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 7 years of IT infrastructure management experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (CCNP, MCSE, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect).
- Experience in a multi-location, field-service or construction-related industry.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments.
- Oversee network, server, and cloud infrastructure operations and security.
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and telecommunications.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize reliability.
- Supervise IT support for regional offices and field operations.
