We are a premiere concierge medical practice that specializes in men's health, with multiple immediate openings for a Patient Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a track record of exceeding sales expectations that has been the top salesperson in their company. The successful candidate will work directly with male patients over the phone and in our offices, selling provider medically-recommended treatment options to patients. Continued communication with our enormous existing patient base will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service and renewal sales.

When you join us, you will be supported by medical assistants, office management and administrative staff. We offer specialized training and a guaranteed annual salary, paid holidays, bonus, vacation, health insurance and 401K. Our offices are open from 8:30-5pm Monday through Friday with NO weekends.

Qualifications:- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer retention.
- Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with patients.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong ability to upsell and close renewals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple patient interactions.
- Self-motivated and committed to achieving personal and clinic-wide goals.
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
