This full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician role is based on-site at our Little Chute, WI facility. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production. Daily responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing breakdowns, replacing defective components, and collaborating with production staff to minimize downtime. Additionally, the technician will ensure equipment and processes comply with safety and operational standards.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment and machinery
- Experience with preventative maintenance practices and managing maintenance schedules
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, mechanical assembly, and hydraulics
- Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or trade school education in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
