Heartland Industries of Redwood Falls, MN
A Heartland Industries Direct Support Professional must be caring, compassionate, flexible, and have great people skills to support individuals with disabilities by modeling behaviors to help them gain skills and maintain employment. Some driving may be required. Clear background study and valid driver's license/No driving violations in the past 3 years required. All required training will be provided
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside persons with disabilities to ensure job standards are met
- Completing accurate charting
- Document all client information - daily progress notes, program goal charting, communication notes, and other information as needed.
- Safely transport clients as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
