Heartland Imaging is seeking a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator I to join our outpatient imaging center in Elizabethtown, KY.
Position Details:
- Status: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, 8:30 AM–9:00 PM
- Location: Elizabethtown, KY
Job Summary:
The Patient Coordinator helps provide a positive experience for patients while supporting the daily operations of the imaging center.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Registering patients and verifying information
- Answering phones and assisting with questions
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing medical records and documentation
- Supporting the imaging center team with general office duties

Requirements
EDUCATION:
- To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office
