Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Bench Hand to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain workflow.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with the maintenance team to learn and help where needed.
- Clean and service machines.
- Perform mold changes and cleaning.
- Grease machines and molds.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer to have previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various types of machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical Drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed with a focus on first and second shift.
- Ability to work Saturdays.
