What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter - Sales and Marketing position at Heartland Food Products Group?
The Recruiter will support Heartland Food Products Group’s rapid growth of our Splenda, Slim Fast and Java House brands by collaborating with Hiring Managers to provide full cycle recruiting support to meet the needs of the organization in a timely manner. Responsible for candidate sourcing, phone & video screens, assessments, onsite interviews and assisting with on-boarding.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Management of open requisitions as assigned
- Sourcing of passive candidates through online recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) as well as candidate management through the Heartland Food Products Group careers portal
- Schedule and conduct phone and video screens and onsite interviews
- Administer pre-employment assessments
- Assist with the on-boarding process and administrative functions related to HR and recruiting functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is required
- A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience preferably in Sales and Marketing
- Experience recruiting consumer food products industry, a plus
- Knowledge of ATS systems, preferably ADP and LinkedIn.
- Strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
- Strong work ethic demonstrated by sense of urgency, flexibility and accuracy
