Duties
- Operate bulldozers (Dozer) to move earth, gravel, and other materials according to project specifications
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other heavy equipment operators to coordinate tasks effectively
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials moved
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including grading and leveling tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as Dozers, Excavators, Loaders, Backhoes, Graders, Water Trucks, Dump Trucks, Tankers, Horizontal Drilling rigs, and Paving machinery
- Strong mechanical knowledge of construction equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Valid commercial driver’s license with experience in operating dump trucks or similar vehicles
- Construction site experience with a focus on earthmoving and grading activities
- Familiarity with Caterpillar (CAT) equipment or similar brands is highly desirable
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Excellent communication skills and a safety-conscious mindset
