Overview
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Farm/Ranch Hand to assist with daily farm operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with physical labor, and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
- Feed and care for livestock.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools.
- Repair and maintain fences, buildings, and other farm structures.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies.
- Monitor animal health and report concerns.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Perform other farm-related duties as assigned.
Experience
- Previous farm, ranch, or agricultural experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical skills are a plus.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
