- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with HFC customers
- Plan and coordinate recruitment activities in the community
- Work with community partners in recruitment efforts
- Perform administrative duties and data entry related to community outreach
- Recruit prospective foster families
- Coordinate with the foster home licensing team and other recruiting/retention efforts
- Provide ongoing support of resources and referrals
- Assist with the coordination of foster parent orientation
- Perform special projects as assigned within designated time frames
