Affordable Dentistry Today is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team! 

Schedule:

• Monday 6:45am - 4:00pm
• Tuesday 6:45am - 4:00pm
• Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm

Consistent Patient Schedule:

• Average approx. 7 patients a day
• 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!
• SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need! 

Bi-weekly, hourly pay ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. 

Ability to earn daily quarterly bonuses!

We work with iTero, Gemini Diode Laser, Velscope, Dentrix, and Dexis x-ray system! Will provide laser certification if needed!

Minimum Qualifications 

• Current dental hygienist license in IL and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Open to new graduate or experienced hygienist! 
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
