Job Overview
Carpenters are essential to delivering high-quality craftsmanship across custom home builds and remodeling projects.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and professional job site. Our crews are currently working Monday through Thursday, with Fridays as needed.
Roles/Tasks
- Perform on-site construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Communicate effectively with the project lead and team members
- Submit daily logs and updates using company software (JobTread)
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy and precision
- Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools
- Assist with custom home builds, remodels, and prefabricated structures
- Follow instructions from supervisors while also working independently when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Contribute to high-quality finished projects
- Work as part of a team and with many different people
Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 3 years of previous carpentry experience, preferably in residential
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction plans
- Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, and power equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Problem solving skills and troubleshooting
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Commitment to learning and growing within the trade
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Heavy equipment skills, such as SkyTrak, fork lift, dump trailer, preferred but not required
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
