We specialize in program management, analytics, and strategic support that directly enhance mission readiness for the Department of Defense.Position OverviewHeartland Consulting is seeking an experienced Task Lead to oversee daily operations and performance of the Army Reserve Installation Status Report (ISR) and Sustainment Management System (SMS) program. Serving as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, you will drive on-time delivery, data accuracy, training, and continuous process improvement in support of the Department of the Army G-9 ISR mission.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all task-order deliverables, including ISR-Service data aggregation, change-management processes, and issue resolution across reporting organizations.Partner with DA G-9 ISR Team and higher headquarters to analyze data trends and lead Communities of Practice (COP) reviews.Design and deliver ISR training sessions for senior leaders, reporting units, and headquarters staff as requested.Prepare and present quarterly Performance Management Reviews, executive PowerPoint briefings, and SharePoint updates tied to Management Decision Execution Packages (MDEPs).Ensure synchronization across integrated installation management programs and support senior-leader engagements and policy development.Monitor and validate weekly SIGACTS, monthly summary reports, and annual Service Contract Reporting (SCR) for 100% compliance.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).PMP or equivalent project management certification highly desired10 years of progressive experience in DoD ISR program management or similar large-scale data/reporting programsAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, GFEBS, ISR databases, Excel, and PowerPointIn-depth knowledge of PPBE processes, Base Operations Support (BOS) services, and applicable Army/DoD regulations (AR 380-5, DoDI 5200.48, etc.)Proven leadership and communication skills with experience facilitating high-level meetings and teleconferencesAbility to obtain/complete AT Level I, iWATCH, OPSEC, and resource conservation training within 30 days of hireBenefitsHighly competitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-matched 401(k)Generous paid time off and federal holidaysTuition reimbursement and ongoing professional developmentFlexible remote-first work environmentHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a current resume and brief cover letter through the Heartland Consulting careers portal or the original job board posting.Join us in delivering mission-critical support to the U.S. Army Reserve!Heartland Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
