Heartland Communications Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead our successful group of three high-power FM stations and one AM station with FM translator.
We're looking for a motivated leader with a background in radio broadcasting, media, advertising sales who can drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships within the community.
Located in beautiful Northern Wisconsin, our area offers over 1,600 lakes, year-round outdoor recreation, affordable living, and an exceptional quality of life. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Will be given an account list with sales leads
- Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with advertisers, community leaders, and local businesses
- Ensure FCC compliance and company standards
Qualifications
- 1 years of sales experience in radio-broadcasting sales
- Knowledge of digital sales is preferred but not required
- Proven success in sales and business development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and computer proficiency
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000 base salary plus 18% commission opportunity
- Paid vacation and holidays (including the Friday after Thanksgiving)
